so this chapter for the success of the organization, they need 2 component:

1) insourcing

a common approach using the professional expertise within an organization to develop and maintain the organization's information technology system.

2) outsourcing 

can arrange from a large contract under the organization such as IBM

the company can have many benefits in this century

so that is all my entry

so now speed to next chapter 12 ' intergrating the organization from end to end- enterprise resources planning'

the revolution of ERP were develop to deliver automatic across multiple units of an organization, to help facilitate the manufacturing process and address issues such as material, inventory, order entry and distribution.

most organization must combine the SCM, CRM and ERP together.

this is because each of its are related and can help the development of the organization..

so all of these important to make sure that the organization will keep develop and stay still

this entry I would like to comment about this chapter.

this chapter is about ' building a customer-centric organization-customer relationship management'

this chapter is about the customer relationship that important for the organization to stay in the industry

i am so sorry because i am not understand well for this chapter because this chapter is quite difficult

but i will try my best to explain whatever information that i know for this chapter.

as i had learnt about this on previous chapter,

CRM is about how to strengthen the customer relation with the organization

the organization will survey about what their customers demand 

they will make an investigation and find the solution

so the organization will implement few strategies to make sure that this will be successful

Assalamualaikum..

again with the new entry for the new comment of IT subject..

now for chapter 9 is about the streamlining business operation

it is about what kind of system that organization use to make a decision,

digital dashboard and artificial intelligent system

so the company need to know how are they going to make a decision based on what kind of information

and there are artificial intelligent that are the clones of human intelligent

for example robot..

it has many function similar with human ability such as doing a housework

in chapter 10 is about extending the organization supply chain management..

there are relationship between making decision and supply chain management..

the company must ensure the their supplier and customers used the same method in dealing a goods..

if the supplier used a supply chain management the the rest need to have the same method

all of this is important to ensure that the business is run smoothly..

The Power 'A'

apa yang ada pada huruf  'A' selain dapat membentuk beberapa ayat??

pada pandangan aku, huruf ni banyak pengaruh dalam hidup kita..

cuba kita flash back zaman kita skolah dulu..

kalau skolah aku dulu, susunan klas ikut huruf..

kalau korang tak taw lar macam mana kan..

so klas pertama of course lar klas A kn

so dari situ kami semua dimasukkan dalam klas ikut grade yg kita dpt time skola tadika..

sapa masuk klas A so dia kira one of the excellent student..

mak ayah punya lar bangga klau anak2 die dpt masuk klas pandai ni siap canang sana sini

kalau kalangan kawan2 plak akan respect kita ble dapat masuk klas ni..

Chapter 7 is tell about Storing Organization Information-Database..

in this chapter it explain about the model that use to put the information and the advantages of the models..

it also explain the integration information.

so all of this explain about the storing the information  

and..

the chapter 8 is about the accessing organizational information - data warehouse.

it explain about data warehouse where all the information are stored. 

all this while all i know that look for information and keep it in the computer or other device like pendrive..

but know when i've learnt about this chapter i know how the process of keep the information..

so, that all my comment that i know about these chapter..

RAYA a.k.a MERDEKA!!!!!!!!!!!

lagi 4 hari kita akan sambut bulan Syawal.. waaaa seronoknya.. tapi sedih bila kenang bulan Ramadhan yang mulia ni da nak tinggalkan kita..

bulan di mana pahala akn digandakan, ada malam lailatul qadar, ada sahur n berbuka, gi terawih n mcm2 lg..

aktiviti yang kita xkn dpt n rasa dalam bulan2 lain.. 

Allah bagi kita chance 1 bulan utk rebut kebaikan dalam bulan ni..

sama ada kita nak @ x jer..

bila kenang zaman kanak-kanak dlu,time raya lar paling kita tak saba2 nk tunggu sbb nk kutip duit raya, pakai bju baru n jalan raya ngn sdre mara..hehehe

tapi bila da dewasa ni lain plak feeling nya..

rasa sayang sgt nk tinggal kn ramadhan sbb bln ni special sgt2

bulan kita kn kumpul pahala untuk top-up dosa2 kita yg sblm ni

dekat kan diri kita dgn pencipta kita..

feeling raya tu kejap jer tapi puasa sepanjang bulan kita hayati (insyallah)

semoga bulan puasa kali ni kita dpt kumpul pahala byk2 ek..

in the this chapter,i have learnt how important information to the company..

there is a good n bad information..

the good information is used to make a decision by the manager..the impact of good news is gain profit to the company..

pejam celik pejam celik (jgn x celik2 da tw..hehehe) da nak rye.. bila sibuk dengan test n keje yang melambak,rasa masa tu macam kejap jer.. taw2 da nak raya n da nak abis sem 5.. waa cepatnya..

tapi ntah kenapa cuaca masa ramadhan ni panas sgt masa pagi.. bahang sgt..pening kpala aku..

tapi tadi tiba2 terbaca kat fb kwn aku die ckp mcm ni 

' ustaz aku cakap hembusan angin malam adalah hembusan angin dari syurga manakala hembusan angin pagi adalah hembusan angin dari neraka..wallahu a'lam'

subhanallah..

kalau macam tu lar, subhanallah..

bahang angin neraka macam ni pn ak x leh tahan,kalau masuk dalam api neraka tu sendiri ya allah x taw lar macam mana nnti..

Ya allah,

today we had a blasted day

when Figo announced that IT class is postpone, we decided to Iftar at Mcd..

before that, we went to TESCO and bought few stuffs..

then at 6.30 p.m we went to Mcd and book our seats before the people come and fill in all the places that have..

first come first serve maa...hehehe

before waiting at 7 o'clock n bought our foods, we were chatting,had a great laugh n took few pictures..

this chapter explain the measuring of strategy initiative that has been discuss in chapter 3.

the measurement used is key performance indicator through metrics.
through this measurement the company can figure out whether the strategy initiative used is success or not..

now i know that the company really need to set up the strategy and then measure it to know whether the strategy is success n run as plan..

so,for this chapter i have learnt  about a company set up an initiative strategy that can take a high-profile

it is important to the company to determine the suitable strategy initiative for their company so that their company is well-developed n establish..

so there are 4 initiative strategies:

i) supply chain management

ii) customer relationship management

iii) business process reengineering 

iv) enterprise resources planning

so all of these strategies are important to the company in order to achieve their goals that is gain as much profit as they can....

their type of competitive advantages in order to survive in the industry..

so there are 2 ways to identify:

          

after that,there are 5 FORCE MODEL to evaluate business segment

i- buyer power

ii- supplying power

iii- threat of substitute products or services 

iv- threat of new entrants 

v- rivalry among existing competitors

So,a company need to have a good skill to handle any kinds of problem regarding their competitors' problem and gave a well plan..

So,in chapter 1 I had learnt and exposed on how technology helps the growth of business..IT means a field that concerned with the use of technology in managing and processing information. It shows that IT is important to hepls the business run smoothly..IT also important to the company as it can cut the cost of admin,improve customer satisfaction and many more..Management Information System (MIS) is a general name for academic discipline and business function.. It also has a similar function like other department for example financial department..

Aiyoo,dizzy already????waiitt..im not finish yet..ok2 last one.. There are 4 culture in IT that are Information Function,Information Sharing,Information Inquiring and Information Discovery..
