chapter 2: Identifying Competitive Advantages

Assalamualaikum n slmt sejahtera semua..lme jgak x bt enrty bru.. my new entry will comment about this chapter n insyallah i'll make it as short as i can,ok..so this chapter is about how an organization identify
their type of competitive advantages in order to survive in the industry..

so there are 2 ways to identify:



          

after that,there are 5 FORCE MODEL to evaluate business segment

i- buyer power
ii- supplying power
iii- threat of substitute products or services 
iv- threat of new entrants 
v- rivalry among existing competitors

So,a company need to have a good skill to handle any kinds of problem regarding their competitors' problem and gave a well plan..
