this entry I would like to comment about this chapter.
this chapter is about ' building a customer-centric organization-customer relationship management'
this chapter is about the customer relationship that important for the organization to stay in the industry
i am so sorry because i am not understand well for this chapter because this chapter is quite difficult
but i will try my best to explain whatever information that i know for this chapter.
as i had learnt about this on previous chapter,
CRM is about how to strengthen the customer relation with the organization
the organization will survey about what their customers demand
they will make an investigation and find the solution
so the organization will implement few strategies to make sure that this will be successful
