so this chapter ' outsourcing in the 21st century'

im not so sure and understand about this chapter..

so i will explain a bit about this chapter

so this chapter for the success of the organization, they need 2 component:

1) insourcing

a common approach using the professional expertise within an organization to develop and maintain the organization's information technology system.

2) outsourcing 

can arrange from a large contract under the organization such as IBM

the company can have many benefits in this century

so that is all my entry

imso sorry if my comment does not fulfill all the requirement

chapter 15

again and again with the comment about IT subjects

hehehe

this is the effect of keep delaying my work

and everything need to do immediately..

do not practice this in ur life...peace!!

so this chapter is about ' creating collaboration partner'

every business need collaboration with other company

this is for make sure that the company will stay establish by creating relationship with other business

in order to have successful collaboration, the company must arrange a good strategy

and they need to ensure that the collaboration is work out

chapter 12

Assalamualaikum..

so now speed to next chapter 12 ' intergrating the organization from end to end- enterprise resources planning'

the revolution of ERP were develop to deliver automatic across multiple units of an organization, to help facilitate the manufacturing process and address issues such as material, inventory, order entry and distribution.

most organization must combine the SCM, CRM and ERP together.

this is because each of its are related and can help the development of the organization..

so all of these important to make sure that the organization will keep develop and stay still 

chapter 11

this entry I would like to comment about this chapter.

this chapter is about ' building a customer-centric organization-customer relationship management'

this chapter is about the customer relationship that important for the organization to stay in the industry

i am so sorry because i am not understand well for this chapter because this chapter is quite difficult

but i will try my best to explain whatever information that i know for this chapter.

as i had learnt about this on previous chapter,

CRM is about how to strengthen the customer relation with the organization

the organization will survey about what their customers demand 

they will make an investigation and find the solution

so the organization will implement few strategies to make sure that this will be successful

Semalam masa gi open house kawan mak aku, ada sorg nnek kiut ni dok sblh aku..

tapi bukan yg ni lar..ni cuma parody jer..hehehe

lpas tu nnek tu tny lar mcm2 pasal aku termasuk lar kt mana aku blaja skrg..

then dgn agak rendah dri (mmg ak pendek pn kn) aku ckp lar'UiTM Melaka'

then nnek tu ckp 'alhamdulillah..nnek ingat kamu baru tingkatan 3)

aduh terasa muda plak aku..hehehe

lpas tu nnek tu pesan blaja elok2 nnti blh lg mak ayah..

ha'ah..aku da nk grade rupanya..Ya allah,cepat masa berlalu..

sem 5 ni rse singkat sgt..

rse baru jer msok umah sewa ni n blaja subject yg ada tok sem ni

stress ada mcm2 kje, mcm2 test n quiz..

aku berdoa semoga Allah permudakan segala urusan aku n kwn2 aku

Setelah sekian lama, baru kali ni kami housemates dapat makin kt lua..
